Let's Begin...

There are many different types of software that can be used by the family historian and the genealogist. Unfortunately, there isn't one program that does all, and luckily for us, it is this that promotes competition to see who can produce a better product. You'll find many have been reviewed in various publications around the world and online as well. This repository is intended to help give you enough information for you to decide if the program will be most beneficial to you. You may need more than just the one program just to meet your needs and expectations, and this is not out of the ordinary. Although while some stick to the one program, others may have up to half a dozen or more programs to meet their needs .
